Given the current scenario of the coronavirus, we are committed to put people and their safety first. In case the situation doesn’t improve in coming months and travel restrictions become significant for caution.

We ask that any delegate who are not feeling well, or who believes they have been exposed to the Coronavirus, to refrain from joining us this year for the safety of other delegates.

Global DigiPharma Innovation Forum is taking place September 2020 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands as planned.

If you are attending, please make sure to

  • Adopt a no-handshake policy at the event
  • Wash your hands frequently
  • Cough or sneeze into elbows only
  • Stay home if you are sick or experience any cold/flu-like symptoms. This is for your own and others’ safety
  • Seek medical care immediately should you begin to experience cold or flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, trouble breathing) onsite. Our staff can provide you with contact information for local medical care and assist you with transportation to a clinic nearby

Based on the current status of the outbreak, the CDC is recommending standard safety practices that should be instituted during any flu season. Note that the WHO is currently advising against the application of any restrictions on international traffic, and the CDC Travel Advisory is currently only preparing travelers for possible future restrictions to China due to the outbreak.

We will continue to regularly check the latest official information leading up to the Global DigiPharma Innovation Forum and encourage our delegates to do the same.
